What we’re about

F3 Anaheim is part of a global network of free, peer-led workouts and fellowship for men called F3. Maybe you heard about it from a friend, family member, neighbor, podcast, or news article, and now you’re here looking for more information. We are glad you’re here!

Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men, for the invigoration of male community leadership.

F3 started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has grown to 386 Regions across five continents, offering more than 4,500 free workouts each week to 85,000 men through the efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with F3. The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith — the last of which we define as simply a belief in something bigger than yourself. We have no requirement for membership other than you show up on time to the workout location and follow what the leader has planned. We will not leave any man behind!

Our five core principles are:

  • Our workouts are Free... Zero cost! We never charge to workout, ever.
  • Our workouts are Open to all Men... There are no physical requirements for F3. Come as you are. All fitness levels are welcome.
  • Our workouts are always Held Outdoors... Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold, we are out there.
  • Our workouts are Peer-led... Always led in a rotating fashion by the men who attend the workouts.
  • Our workouts End with a Circle of Trust... A place where we can talk about things with other men that are on our hearts and minds. What is shared in the COT, stays in the COT.

  • Wednesday Bootcamp = 5:30am @ Tri-City Park, pre-ruck at 5am
  • Wednesday Bootcamp = 5:30am @ Mile Square Park
  • Thursday 5K Ruck/Walk = 5:30am @ Craig Regional Park
  • Friday Bootcamp = 5:30am @ Hillcrest Park/Lions Field, pre-ruck at 5am
  • Saturday Bootcamp = 7:00am @ Tri-City Park, pre-ruck at 6am

We also have many “off-the-books” outings, meetups, breakfasts, and other service-oriented events throughout the year.

To sign up, simply show up to a workout. Take the Daily Red Pill and come run, sweat, train, and get better with us! It’s never easy, but it’s always worth it.
