Higher Self or Ego Self?

For this workshop, I thought it would be a great idea to explore the ways in which we can decipher exactly who/what is speaking to us when we open up ready to connect in with Spirit. Many times, we often doubt ourselves as to whether what we are hearing/seeing/feeling is true or whether we've just made it up. At other times it can be difficult to tell if what we think is genuinely from Spirit or if it's from the everyday 'us' which is subject to changing attitudes and preconceptions.

This workshop aims to provide exercises which you can use in your own life to help you decide where you're thinking from. To be able to free ourselves of Fear and to be able to open up to the Love that is around us all the time it is helpful to learn when not to listen to the Ego Self for our greatest good.

We will do our usual chakra open, cleanse and clear exercise, after which we will connect in to Spirit to see what we can learn for ourselves.
