World Carnivore Month! BBQ on the River.

Attention all Meat Eaters!

As carnivore has become a healing and liberating way of eating for many in the past year or two, it's time we celebrate all that is meat during world carnivore month.

Let's get together for a midafternoon BBQ along the Yarra @ 2pm

BYO some meat to share (bbq ready) butcher quality sausages, steak, something unique from your local, even offal for those that are game or haven't tried before. Condiments (sauces, herbs, spices) or sides also welcome! some of us are stricter than others but we certainly don't discriminate ;)
I will have a little cooler so no food goes to waste if not cooked.

If you are a little restricted palate or dietary wise and want to bring an item for yourself or you just want to come to chat with other meat eating biohackers, that's cool too!

Although this social catchup has a carnivore flavour, we will still have the usual sharing of experiences, frustrations and new hacks that we have with all our socials, inevitably though a little more meat talk.

Location: Yarra River Linear Reserve

As you can't book bbq's, we picked this location as there are multiple bbq sites along the river adjacent to Alexandra Ave with ample parking and only a short walk from Flinders station.

Make your way to the area, we should be easy to find if walking river side, otherwise exact location details will be noted in the comments on the day.

Online communities have certainly grown in these times, however there is no comparison between online and in person social interactions, Its important we stay connected at a local community level especially in these uncertain times where personal freedoms including physical health and well-being are shaped by large organisations and political figures.

There is no agenda just a laid-back gathering with whatever stimulating conversation you have to bring.
