F3 Fitness Group - Reading TVP
Details
It will be a 45 minute outdoor workout (1hr on Saturdays) which starts with a quick warmup, followed by a number of exercises that mix upper and lower body.
We will supply a pair of gloves if needed as we do exercises like press ups on the ground but bring standard sports wear like running shoes, shorts and a t-shirt / jumper.
We have a coffee made after so either bring a coffee cup with you or we have spares you can use.
You’ll be referred to as the FNG (friendly new guy) until you get your nickname at the end so think of some fun things about yourself!
