Morning Run

Sun in cracking at 6:30 and the sunrise is beautiful! Join us to keep in shape and motivated through the fall and winter! It gets a little harder to get out of bed in the dark. Someone is there waiting to run with you and it makes keeping in shape a little easier through the cold and dark!
Please be at parking lot ready to run at 6:30 am. Runs vary between 4 to 5.5 miles and sometimes longer on a weekend. We weave through roads along coast and beach (if tide is low enough) and side roads if it is windy. This is a comfortable run that you can talk through. We are covering the mileage and not concerned with pace. If it is raining sideways or there are iced roads we do not run that morning.
