Meeting other people in VR

For our next VR Meetup, we'll be back at our regular home -- the Felt Lab in beautiful St. Jacobs. This time around, the focus will be on Social VR.

VR is awesome (as anyone who experienced the Vive at our previous meetup already knows!), but most of the experiences available today are solitary ones -- you're all alone in the world.

Social VR is the next level of immersion -- you share the virtual space with other people, sometimes from all over the world.

There are lots of Social VR systems out there, and we'll be reviewing all of them. We'll also be giving you a chance to try out the three major ones (Altspace, VR Chat and vTime).

We'll also have the usual announcements and great networking opportunities.

This will be our final meetup for the summer, so come on out to hang with your friends and make a few new ones.
