Knowledge Graphs as the Basis for Relevant Content Recommendations

In this meetup, Inter-American Development Bank’s Monica Hernandez will introduce the business case for leveraging an Enterprise Knowledge Graph to collect, integrate, identify, and recommend relevant articles and information to the Bank’s staff. Additionally, the presentation will discuss a Structured Data Service that allows the Bank to poll the Knowledge Graph and produce JSON-LD output for their public articles. These outputs can then be published on the Bank’s website to help improve Google recognition and SEO by recognizing specific elements of the article.

Additionally, members of the technical team will discuss the approach to implementing the solution and the tools used. Monica and the team will also share lessons learned throughout the process as well as best practices.
