Good Form Running (GFR) clinics are presented each month by New Balance at all four Snail's Pace stores and are limited to 15 people per clinic. You will learn and practice key drills to get faster and prevent injury and have your stride and footstrike video-taped, then analyzed. Come dressed to do a little running.
