You have been solicited to implement a new data pipeline architecture. The aim: turn wealth of raw data into friendly off-the-shelf data inputs for the data science, analytics and reporting teams.

Following Breuninger’s Data Engineering best practices, you will learn how to enforce a successful workflow, escape pitfalls and enable data-driven decisions to be made across the company.

Agenda:
1. Introduction Breuninger and Breuninger Digital
2. Workshop with:

  • Assembling the 4 main ingredients: Ingest, Transform, Serve and Store
  • Adding flavours into the cocktail: Orchestration, Data Management, Data Architecture, Security, DataOps and Software Engineering
  • Outrunning the 3 most common etiquette mistakes: vanity projects, siloed teams, dim observability
  • Deep-dive into a Data Science Application

And of course we'll have enough time for Q&A and networking.
