Earth and Spirit Attunements are guided meditation sound baths that connect you with the healing power of Mother Earth, your Soul, and for your Ascension, whilst immersing you in the healing power of Solfeggio and nature sounds.

In each event, you will be bathed by the beautiful sounds of nature, uplifted and retuned by solfeggio tuning forks and chimes, realigned by gongs and bowls, and grounded by shamanic instruments. Interspersed through this healing will be words to attune you to spiritual truth, and guided meditations to open your heart into oneness with Mother Earth, merge with your Soul, and awaken your consciousness for ascension.

The events consist of three Attunements, facilitated by Karen, a meditation and ascension teacher, and Fabio Garces, a sound healer and healing music producer. Our venue for the following dates will be the Yoga Ananda Centre, 46 Albert Road North, Reigate RH2 9EL – www.yogaananda.co.uk. They will be held on the last Friday of every month at 7.30 pm. Each journey will last approximately 2 hours, for a contribution of £18 (£16 concs), although you should arrive 20 minutes before starting to settle in a space, and after the journey we’ll form a circle to share and close the space.

Earth & Spirit Attunement 1: Mother Earth – Friday 27th Jan, 7.30 pm

Go on a journey into Mother Earth, where you’ll be effortlessly guided back into your own heart and the peace and joy that lies therein. This attunement is full of guided meditations and the sounds of nature, to invoke the powers of the elements, become one with Mother Earth, and connect with the wisdom of Native American ceremony by beseeching the four directions and connecting with your power symbols.

Earth & Spirit Attunement 2: Soul & Spirit – Friday 24th February, 7.30 pm

Enter into the vast peacefulness of connecting with your soul. Through gentle words, sonic solfeggio love and guided meditations you’ll soar into the universe to merge with your True Soul Self, be One with the Great Spirit, and receive Divine Guidance.

Earth & Spirit Attunement 3: Ascension – Friday 30th March, 7.30 pm

Open up to the infinite bliss of enlightenment by seeing through the illusion of 3rd dimensional consciousness. We’ll guide you through a meditation to dissolve the density in your chakras and release the self into oneness with the Divine, as well as look at the spirituality of a new dawn and offer a prayer.
