This time around we will focus our event around tools in the arsenal of gamification profs: leaderboards, badges, points, social activities, basic mechanics to achieve greater results.

Andrzej Marczewski (http://marczewski.me.uk/), Gamification evangelist from Capgemini will describe the toolkit and explain the dangers of relying on extrinsic rewards. We will also investigate how a word "fun" is perceived by the audiences and what exactly it can mean behind gamification.
