It's finally here! We have an official date and location for our first Speed Consulting event! This new post will serve as the official sign up for those who are serious about attending and offering their advice to local businesses and aspiring individuals.
Notes:
The doors to the attendees will open at 6:00pm We need volunteers to help with setup and cleanup We are seeking sponsors for food and location fees

We are only accepting consulting designers who are willing and able to show that they have solid skills and communication. Therefore, you must provide a bit of background in the question section. We will alert you if you have been selected.
Due to a limitation in Meetup's features, if you are a member who has paid yearly dues and would like to attend, please message us directly.
Remember, this event is designed to showcase your talent, give you connections you might not otherwise have, create new business and more. Your participation is important!
How the event works:
Designers are assigned a seat and table with their name and area of expertise advertised. There will be a time slot sign up sheet for 10 minute increments which attendees can sign up for. Designers will offer consulting in their area of expertise to the extent that they feel covers the topic of discussion. There are no preset appointments, it's first come, first serve The rules:
• If you sign up to consult, you must attend for the full duration of the event.
• You are expected to act in a professional manner
• You will be free to hand out cards to those you meet and connect outside of the event
