This group is managed by the librarians of the Wallingford Public Library
We love meeting people at the library, but we also like going out to meetup for a game or a drink too! Join our group to explore board games, book challenges, learn a new skill, socialize at happy hours and much much more! Don’t get FOMO! Bring a friend, a significant other, or your favorite neighbor to team up for fun times. Leave all the stress of “adulting” at the door and come decompress with the WPL.
Maybe you'll see a familiar face the next time you visit the library!

Día de Muertos Celebration
Wallingford Public Library, 200 N Main St, Wallingford, CT, USCelebrate Día de Muertos with the Spanish Community of Wallingford (SCOW) & the Wallingford Public Library! You will have the chance to learn about the customs of this traditional Mexican holiday and view our community-made altar. Dancers and musicians will put on live performances in authentic costume, while the SCOW School of Music singers serenade the audience. The Los Mariachis food truck will be stationed in the parking lot so you can grab dinner while you’re here! No registration necessary, just drop-in!

Wallingford Holiday Stroll
Location not specified yetSave the date! The annual Downtown Wallingford Holiday Stroll is back on Friday, December 5th from 4–9pm! The first 150 visitors to WPL can pick up a free laser-etched ornament made in the Wallingford Public Library's Collaboratory. Afterward, enjoy holiday tastings, exclusive discounts, and a chance to win up to $1,000 while visiting Wallingford's downtown businesses!
