NC Botanical Gardens, Piedmont Nature Trails - 1.5+mi

We will be walking the trails behind the gardens. Please note that dogs are not allowed inside the gates of the display gardens.
Parking: Parallel parking is available along the wide edges of Laurel Hill Road which dead-ends at the back entrance of the display gardens. For GPS purposes use the address 900 Laurel Hill Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514. Do not park at the front entrance to the gardens (Old Mason Farm Road). You will not be close enough to the trails to find the group.
We will begin walking the trail 5-10 minutes after the posted start time, starting on the Streamside Trail. Trail distance is measured at 1.5mi, but can be looped multiple times for added distance.
Trail Details: Trial is dirt trail for its entirety, may have roots across the path, and is hilly with stairs in some places.
The map included with this event outlining a path is just a guide to gauge distance. Bring plenty of water and any other accessories that might be helpful for your pup!
