The Importance of Caregiver Self-Care – Free Zoom Community Class

Instructor Dawn will lead a 2-hour training session on the importance of caregiver self-care and begin implementing techniques in your class the very next day. Additionally, all levels of participants are welcome to attend. The class is FREE to all. Furthermore, if you would like certification documentation of attendance, we offer this service for a $20 fee.
