Hob Nob Jazz series: Outside Soul

Booth Amphitheatre will once again “jazz” up your spring with the return of a popular music series.The Hob Nob Jazz Series will take place every Wednesday evening from May 1 – 29 and feature local and regional talent from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. All seating and music will take place on the spacious Crescent Deck creating a casual environment to relax and mingle with friends.

The Raleigh based funk/jazz group consist of bassist/vocalist Matt Grady, drummer Barrett Certoma, saxophonist Devin Rauson, keyboard player Nate Myers and guitarist/vocalist Chris Macon. The band has a solid repertoire of funky originals that are a hit everywhere they go and some unique “remixes” of some classic funk/jazz tunes. They have a melodic, energetic vibe.
