Celebrate Lammas, the first fruit harvest of the year.

A deeper, connective Summertime Ecstatic Dance with the live DOGA musicians.

This is the time to explore the inner artist, meet and make friends and relax with a sound gong bath and guided meditation.

Please bring veggie food for nourishing nibbles to share after the dance :)

6-9pm, with time to share food and chat at the end (outdoors in the venue garden if nice!)
