PRIMER // Developing an Innovation Mindset

Details

Do you have ideas you want to bring into the real world?

Don't miss this session of our PRIMER Entrepreneurship Series as we explore Developing an Innovation Mindset.

Join us as we host Tucker Kaas, from Kaas Tailored, for an interactive discussion to understand how Kaizen and Kata problem solving can jumpstart your creativity. You will walk away with a proven framework to help you start now, experiment to learn, and scale with success.

This $20/person public event offers an inspiring hands-on workshop that will transform your thinking as you discover how metacognition strategies can help you learn faster and stay ahead of the competition. Please CLICK HERE TO REGISTER and let us know you're coming.

Status quo is the enemy of success, but how do you develop and maintain an innovation mindset that drives new vision and deep insight? We’ll start with an overview of the role of innovation in today’s business climate then dive into discussion with Tucker Kaas.

Kaas Tailored is an industry leader in furniture and upholstery design/manufacture with customers like Boeing and Nordstrom. We’ll learn how Kaas leverages their innovation process to produce a business operating system with demonstrable success in an atmosphere of extreme uncertainty.

Are you a business owner? Maybe you’re planning to launch a startup but extreme risk and uncertainty has left you frustrated as you try to map your next steps. PRIMER is your backstage pass. Bring your questions. There will be time for audience Q&A.

==================
PRIMER PRO // Tucker Kaas is the GM assistant at Kaas Tailored, which means he is responsible for the performance of the operating system that the General Manager relies on to be able to optimize their organization. During 8+ years with Kaas Tucker has spent time serving nearly every part of the organization, which has helped him develop the knowledge and empathy necessary to sustain and improve the Kaas operating system. In addition to his role as the GM assistant, Tucker also leads Kaas Tailored’s consulting firm, Truth Bit Pull LLC., where he gets to coach leaders from around the world to discover meaningful ways to make work feel more like hobby. Outside of work, you may find Tucker coaching racers up at Stevens Pass with SPAC or roasting his own coffee.
