The Values Workshop: A Deep Dive for Your Relationships

When our values are clear, our relationships begin to reflect that clarity. This workshop is an invitation to explore the principles that shape how you connect.

While we’ll focus on romantic relationships (whether you’re single, partnered, or simply exploring!) the insights you gain will ripple into every connection in your life — friendships, family, and everything in between.

Grounded in research, psychology, and lived experience, this is a guided space for reflection, discussion, and discovery. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the values that shaped your past, clarity on what you want for your future, and a tool you can return to again and again.

This is the first in a series of workshops led by Anna Drabik and Philippe Hennin, authors of A Love Plan.
