What to expect:
When was the last time you allowed yourself to truly express creatively what you’re feeling without high expectations or judgement?
In this workshop we combine mindfulness and creativity to reconnect with ourselves through art. The workshop is dedicated to intuitive drawing, free creation and using different materials to explore and express what’s inside of us. There are no rules, no right or wrong, and no previous art experience needed.

All the materials are included: High quality paper for the final piece, watercolors, acrylics, oil pastels, brushes and some materials of Nicole's collection to make sure you have everything you need to fully immerse yourself into experimentation and play.

Your Host
Nicole is a German artist with Spanish roots, a designer, and a wholehearted believer in her mantra: “expression over perfection.”
For Nicole, art is not about producing something “good” or impressive.
It is about the joy of putting pen, brush, or color to paper and discovering where it leads. Her sketchbook has become a safe space to explore, to play, to release control, and to listen to that quiet inner voice guiding her choice of colors, lines, and shapes.

Through her workshops and creative work online, Nicole inspires others to remember that creativity is not about perfection, it is about connection: with yourself, with the present moment, and with the simple act of creating.

Fable is an English bookshop, cafe, and creative events space in Lisbon.
