Through intentional journaling sequences, potent ritual and nervous system work, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and fully aligned to step into the new year with presence and power.

What do you need for the session?
All you need is a notebook or laptop to write with.

About your host:
Joanne Bell's short fiction, essays and poems have been published in literary magazines and anthologies worldwide. Her debut novel was shortlisted for the Agora Books work in progress prize, she has filmed spoken word for the BBC and was selected for Edinburgh International Book Festival’s emerging writer program. She is also the founder of Write to Thrive, soulful space for self-exploration through writing. @iamjoannebell I www.joannebell.org.
