About the Author:
Jessica is half Portuguese, half Italian, based in Lisbon, and I works as a life & wellness coach for individuals as well as a happiness consultant for companies. She writes regularly about personal development and well-being, and her work has been featured in publications such as Thrive Global and the Happiness Business School.
Food for Soul is her first book and a love letter to her self-discovery, exploration, and the beauty of living authentically.
