I've gone deep on modernising how I build Power BI solutions - PBIP, VS Code, AI agents. Some of it's been transformative. Some of it's been a waste of time. I'll share what I've learned: what's working, what isn't, and how to think about whether any of this makes sense for you.

Session 2 - Advanced Usage Reporting and Adoption Gamification - Ant Couzens
Driving adoption in PowerBI and Fabric can be the biggest stumbling block in project success as reports are on point but users easily find reasons not to uptake the product of your hard labour. Not only that but access to the platform takes many shapes and development can be hidden in corners you cannot easily see. In this session Ant explores his recent journey into usage tracking and the various ways you can access and exploit what is available, including the use of "streaks" for gamifying uptake.
