Session 1 - Why PowerBI Platforms Go Wrong - Megan Livadas
In this fast paced lightning session I will walk through the common patterns I repeatedly encounter when platforms start to drift out of control. I will begin with my Power BI Governance and Adoption framework to show how I quickly assess environments that have become unmanageable beasts. We’ll go beyond the usual “someone left Publish to Web enabled” examples and look at the more subtle, sometimes niche behaviours that quietly undermine Power BI platforms over time. Importantly, we’ll explore what these issues often represent culturally, not just technically.

About Megan
Head of BI for Microsoft at Dufrain, specialising in end-to-end Power BI and Fabric implementations. Blogging at [Livadata.com](https://livadata.com/) where I help BI professionals adapt to the Fabric & AI world. Ask me about creating a Data Culture and driving adoption through robust Governance. Experienced in a wide range of sectors, including Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, and FMCG. Let's connect and discuss how we can leverage data to fuel success!

Session 2 - Fabric Jigsaw: What are the things you need to know before your first Fabric project - Ian Pike
A quick intro to what customers will face once they started their Fabric project and we have seen.

Sharing those lessons so you don't start on the wrong step. These are my top insights, I'm sure there are more but what from my experience is important. Looking from my role to give a perspective of what things we that we constantly see when beginning this journey
