Happy Hour~~~good music, good drinks, great people!

"Kapono's at The Lounge" is a fabulous new place for Friday evening happy hour. Right on the marina, with beautiful sunset views, featuring up & coming local artists.
Legendary musician Kapono owns this place and mentors the musicians he features on Fridays. Proceeds from the evening go to support his Foundation which centers on promoting local artists and Hawaiian music.
Genres range from Hawaiian to jazz to singer-song writer.

Located in the Hawaii Kai Shopping Center, 377 Keahole Street, Suite D.
Tons of free parking.

We'll meet around 5:30. I've reserved three tables, for a total of 12 people. Two tables inside for folks who want to listen closely to the music. One table on the lanai for folks who want to chat, watch the sunset and listen to the music in the background. I figure we may want to move around between spaces.
Live music starts at 5:30 and goes to 8:30. The food and drinks are good, but be warned, the prices are not "happy hour" pricing. But there's no cover charge and the music is really good.

*Also please note, I will be asking everyone to re-confirm with me a few days before the event. There tends to be some no-shows with meetup, and as these events usually have a waiting list, and I'm reserving tables (the club will fill up), it's important to only reserve a space if you're really coming! If you don't reconfirm I will give away your spot to someone on the waiting list.
