I've put this on as a late lunch after the walking tour of the Bay but its open to all.

This is for Bills directly opposite the multistore. However, if you park in Red Dragon Centre you have 6 hours free but you must enter your reg number in the terminals inside. You are supposed to make a purchase - just saying.
