Are you harder on yourself than anyone else? Do you struggle with self-doubt, negative self-talk, or feeling “not enough”? You don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m hosting a supportive, judgment-free group for women to:
Explore where those fears come from
Challenge harsh inner beliefs
Learn healthy coping skills + positive self-talk
Connect with other women who get it

Date/Time: Thursdays starting 12/4 at 7pm cst

Location: virtual via Zoom

Who it’s for: Women who are ready to do the inner work in a safe space
