Co-design and co-create together the Facili-station Meetup

In this first meetup we want your help so we can co-create and co-design this meetup series together using Miro, and at the same time to apply some workshops tools and facilitation principles, so you can learn and have first hand experience.

Since we do not know who you are, what are your expectations, knowledge and experience with facilitation, our goal in this meetup is to design and plan some really interesting meetups in 2023 that addresses your needs, concerns and provides real value. Does it sound great and exciting?

AGENDA
17:00 - 17:45 We work together in Miro and we address some the following questions:

• Pros and cons with facilitation
• When to use and when not to use facilitation
• Main challenges running facilitation and how to overcome them
• What type of challenges and problems can facilitation be used for
• How to sell facilitation and workshops internally in the organisation and externally as a service
• The future / next step in facilitation

17:45 - 18:00 Summary and discussion of the main findings. Based on that we will design and plan a series of meetups both physical and remote that will address in depth those topics and concerns of yours.
