Facili-station campfire

A campfire is a controlled outdoor fire, lit to provide lighting, warmth, deterrent of pests and aggressive animals, opportunities for outdoor cooking, and a priceless sense of community during camping.

Let's all camp for a while and have a small break in our facilitation journey so we can gather around the campfire to have a real and meaningful conversation in a coaching call.

This is a place for you to ask questions, to get and share stories and advice, best practices, learnings, and experiences with your fellow facilitators and host.

Here in this exclusive and small gathering you will meet and get to know other facilitators facing similar challenges within their careers so you will get tons of feedback, real knowledge and ideas so you can move forward and be best facilitator you can be.

Facili-station campfires happen once every month, and are unstructured, meaning they are not ‘themed’ and there’s no agenda, so you can bring any questions you have to these.

Each campfire (coaching call) will be recorded and make available to all the Facili-station community.

RULES

1. If you have a question in mind at the start of the call, write your name in the chat. This adds you to the question ‘queue’. The coaching call host will then go through this list in order.
2. When the coaching call host reaches your name in the queue, unmute yourself and ask your question.
3. Please prepare and and write your question down in a paper before you aske it, to ensure it is clear and concise before you ask.
4. Try to be as concise as possible when asking your question. You being concise makes sure everybody gets the most out of this call.
