Using AI in your daily work

It is almost a year ago when we explored chatgpt with hundreds of participants in our "facilitation lab and new work practices" online in a co-learing process.
Much has happened since then in the AI world and many of us use AI in their work on a daily basis or every once in a while.

These are the questions that come to our minds and that we are curious about - what are yours?:

• Which AI tools do you use in your work?
• What do you use AI for? Maybe for brainstorming, planning, writing letters and reports, making presentations, doing statistics, analyzing a topic and asking for advice, designing (team) meetings and workshops, solving problems, generating images or videos, for data analysis or for marketing?
• How do you use AI as a leader to lead your team? How do you use AI in a team to work better together? How do you use your working time you free up when using AI?
• How do you write effective prompts solving your problem at hand? How do you check the quality and correctness of the responses? How do you deal with biases and discrimination in the responses due to a non-representative big data set to live diversity, equity and inclusion?
• What are your AI ethics, your AI code? How do you deal with data safety and the human in control principal when using AI?

HOW DO WE DO THAT?

• We will work on your topics and examples in small working groups.
• Bring your prompts along, your favorite AI tool or simply yourself to share and co-learn and enjoy liberating structures as a method to share and co-learn.
