Facilitation Lab w/ Jack Richardson

Control the Room is a community of facilitators spanning many different facilitation styles and systems. Facilitation Lab is our weekly event where we create a safe place to explore, adapt, and practice facilitation approaches and methods.

Join us as a participant and learn through connecting with others or signup to lead a session and try out a new method for the first time. During COVID we accelerated our monthly meetups to occur weekly in support of the transition to virtual facilitation and adapting to online. Whatever your learning objectives may be, we are here to support you.

Here's a little more on this week's guest, Jack Richardson!
Jack Richardson is the author of a purposeful fictional novel called “For a Daughter’s Love” and is the founder of Circles of Humanity (www.circlesofhumanity.com). He joins us as a first-time facilitator to
investigate the concept of Facilitating Human Connectedness in an Environment of Virtual Anonymity.

This week's session will be unlike any session we've ever experienced in the Facilitation Lab. And on that note, we ask everyone attending this session to engage in a few key steps to assure this session runs successfully!

Before joining the session, we kindly ask everyone to change their Zoom ID to a random 3-digit number. While signing on, we ask that all participants have their video and audio turned off.

Please take a moment before the session and reflect on these 3 key questions:

3. What does love feel like to you?
