The Facilitator School is a community of diverse people who want to learn and improve their ability to help people work better together.
In times, where change is constant the skill of facilitation is exactly what is needed to help groups to solve complex challenges. It creates effective collaboration that supports meaningful conversations and empowers teams to make the right decisions.
We believe that everyone can develop the skill of facilitation. There is no need to embody professional speaking skills, having moderation experience, or being the expert on the matter. The Facilitator School is about learning the skills needed to guide teams and make change happen.
