· The most important part will be the use of the ToP methods for a variety of group work. To make the best of it we will bring in the framework of business analysis and see how the facilitated process can be used with various tools of business analysis.
· In the remaining part of the meeting, and to have a clear example of use of a ToP method, we will run a full consensus workshop to define a set of criteria for the selection of project and programmes, as a step of project portfolio building.
