This is a group for anyone who has experience and expertise in innovative group facilitation that is grounded in transforming how people interact and work together in order to improve performance and spice up meetings to engage everyone.
I have started this group to inspire one another, share our best practices and our worst cases in facilitation as well as find others in Bavaria who are using the same approach so that we can learn from each other, test and develop new approaches and have fun in the process!

Facilitation is the art of "making things easier" for a group to achieve its desired results. Every meeting or process that is facilitated has an impact on the individuals and the groups of which they are a part. Good facilitation can change the way people think and act, and ultimately support them to positively change the world around them.
Facilitators fill an impartial role in helping groups become more effective. They support a group in making its own choices. Facilitators act as process guides and create a balance between ensuring individual participation and producing meaningful results.
