Leslie will guide us in meditation and relaxation techniques that allow the stresses of the week to melt away. Learn how to relax and reinvigorate! Start your weekend energized and prepared for new experiences.

You must sign up 24 hours before. The morning of the event you will receive an email invitation with a Zoom link included. When you log into the meeting you will be held in a waiting room until the program begins.
