UX Hamburg Roundtable
uxHH ist eine User Experience Community in der Metropolregion Hamburg mit über 700 User Experience-Fachleuten und talentierten Designern für gut gestaltete und nachhaltige Produkte und Services.
Ihre erste Ausgabe des UX Roundtables findet am 29. Januar 2026 in den Büros von Factorial statt.

Multi-Touchpoint UX für die ZDF Streaming-Plattform
Öffentlich-rechtliches Fernsehen als Streaming-Plattform neu inszenieren. Klingt spannend – ist aber UX-technisch ein Hochseilakt. Das ZDF ist kein einzelnes Interface, sondern ein komplexes Ökosystem aus Touchpoints: Smart-TV, Web, Mobile, Voice. Jeder Screen, jede Interaktion folgt eigenen Regeln, Nutzungskontexten und Bedienlogiken. Wie schafft man konsistente Erlebnisse, ohne die jeweiligen Muster zu opfern?

Die Veranstaltung findet in deutscher Sprache statt.

Reinventing public television as a streaming platform. Sounds exciting – but in terms of UX, it's a balancing act. ZDF is not a single interface, but a complex ecosystem of touchpoints: smart TV, web, mobile, voice. Every screen and every interaction follows its own rules, usage contexts and operating logic. How can you create consistent experiences without sacrificing the respective patterns?

The event will be held in German.
