A Collective Creative Session
Plein Air in the Mountains meetups are designed for artists looking to get out of the studio, create and network with other artists and creatives. From experienced painters to beginning photographers, we welcome you to come create with us in the natural beauty of Rock Creek Recreation Area.

What to Expect
Upon arrival, we gather at a designated meeting area and introduce ourselves with a session of light networking. Then we set up to create! It's a low-pressure way of making new creative connections in your local area.

What to Bring
Bring what you need to network and create. For some that would be a watercolor kit and a sketchbook, or a camera, or an portable easel and paint. Whatever your preference, all portable art forms are invited.

A few things to remember:

• Bring water and a container to rinse your brushes of paint - we don't want that going into the ground.
• Please be prepared to pack out what you pack in. Leave no trace.
• Check the weather the day before. Bring sunscreen or an umbrella
• Registration is generally non-refundable unless there is severe weather. Read our terms of service for more information.
