Smarter Philippines through Data Analytics R&D, Training and Adoption (Project SPARTA) was officially launched in February 2020 to put in place the necessary online education, R&D mechanisms and infrastructure to not only enable the industry of analytics but also to advance smart governance practices. Made possible by DOST, DOST-PCIEERD in partnership with the Development Academy of the Philippines, Coursebank, and AAP, the 3-year project is currently home for 15k+ learners.

We’ve spoken a lot about SPARTA in our meetups and speaking engagements. It’s time to meet its proponents and some of its SMEs.
