Confidence isn't something you think yourself into. It's something you feel.
In this 40-minute practice, we'll use the Figure 8 Method — a combination of somatic movement and dance, the brain-body connection, and nervous system regulation — to help your body experience confidence instead of performing it.
We'll work with the body to cultivate a deeper sense of safety, allowing confidence to emerge more naturally.
What to Expect
Somatic movement through the Figure 8 Method
Body-awareness practices for nervous system regulation
Space to release stress and recharge
A new way of experiencing confidence—from the inside out
No dance experience is needed.
Pilot Session
This is the very first pilot session of Fully Charged: Somatic Women's Club.
By joining, you'll be among the first women helping shape this community through your presence and feedback.
Value-Based Contribution
This is a pay-what-feels-right session.
There is no fixed price. If you find the experience valuable, you're warmly invited to make a donation afterward in an amount that feels right for you.
Practical Information
Duration: 40 minutes
Space: Make sure you have enough room to move comfortably. If you have a mirror, that's wonderful—but it's completely optional.
What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Wear whatever helps you feel most like yourself.
Yoga mat: A yoga mat is recommended, as we'll begin with a grounding meditation. If you don't have one, a chair or sofa works perfectly well.
Camera: Your camera can be on or off—whatever feels most comfortable for you. If you choose to keep it on, I'll occasionally be able to offer individual guidance and movement suggestions.
See you at the session!
If you'd like to support this project afterward, you can make a donation via PayPal: senycia@gmail.com.
I'm looking forward to moving, recharging, and exploring embodied confidence with you.
Creating a Safe Space
This session is designed as an educational and experiential somatic movement practice. It is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or medical care, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical health condition.
You are always invited to participate at your own pace. Throughout the session, you are welcome to pause, modify any movement, keep your camera off, or simply observe. Listening to your body is encouraged, and you never have to do anything that doesn't feel right for you.
While many people find somatic practices supportive, movement and body awareness can sometimes bring emotions, memories, or physical sensations to the surface. This is a normal response, but everyone's nervous system is different.
If you are currently experiencing severe psychological distress, have recently experienced an acute traumatic event, are living with significant symptoms of PTSD, dissociation, psychosis, severe depression, active substance dependence, or any condition that makes it difficult to stay safely present in your body, this session may not be the most appropriate form of support on its own. In these situations, I encourage you to work with a qualified mental health professional or trauma-informed therapist who can provide individualized care.
If at any point during the session you feel overwhelmed, please give yourself permission to stop, rest, ground, or leave the session. Taking care of yourself is always the priority.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being and that you will engage only in movements that feel safe and appropriate for your body.
