Staying active, spending time outdoors, and having close community ties has been shown to play a critical role in an adult's health and longevity. With that in mind, I would like to start a weekly "walk and talk."

Basically, walking in nature at a pace that's fast enough to get our heart rate up but slow enough that we can have a conversation.

For the 1st walk, I suggest we meet at the Starbucks located at 9863 Georgetown Pike, Great Falls, VA 22066 https://maps.app.goo.gl/V6nn44G3fC4Ah3Bb6?g_st=ic and carpool from there. We will meet at 9am and depart for the park by 9:30 am in order to avoid the 10am rush. I have a parks pass for free entry. Late arrivals can join us directly at the park. We can decide on dates, times, and locations for future walks.

We will walk for about 2 hour RT, out and back, stopping to enjoy the views. Optional lunch at a local restaurant afterwards.

Note: Cell service is spotty at Great Falls so try to message or connect prior to entering the park.
