The purpose of this group is to help our community in all levels to become fit.
Anyone above 18 that like to stay fit are welcome to join a group fitness class online.
The instructor will be giving announce of daily workout for following events:
1. 10-15 min. warm up
2. 25-27 min. 5 Rounder
