Close your eyes. Reach out your hand. Pick four cards. Hand them to the reader. As the reader turns each card, curious symbols are revealed: The King. The Devil. The Hanged man. For each person the cards, and their combination confess a complex inner reality.

Cartomancy goes back centures in recorded history. The Carte da Trionfi date to the 1400s. The Tarocchi or Taro date to the 1500s. Yet, the true history of what is know today as Tarot, is buried in the teeth of time.

Whatever the cards are called, Jung and many of his students recognised that Tarot can bring out depths of the psyche in surprising ways. In this session, we will explore the Tarot and its relation to Jungian psychology. The session will be facilitated with the help of Jasmin Pront, a professional Tarot card reader. You can find more about Jasmin and her work at https://www.tarotbyjasmin.de/.
