Move with the word of God

Hello ladies!
Let’s gather together in movement snd worship the lord. I will lead you in low impact movement and stretching. You do not need any prior experience, all I ask is that you come with an open heart. I encourage you to bring water and your Bible. After we move our bodies I’d love for us to gather in circle and read the word together. If you do not have a Bible that is okay I have an extra I can bringng for you, just let me know. Feel free to bring a notebook too if you’d like. This is a safe space for only loving open expression that is empowering and uplifting. Jesus wants us to come together in sisterhood and give thanks to our father for these beauitful physical bodies he gifted us. If you have any questions please message me.
