Online peer support - leaving religion

Details

Every Thursday at 7pm-8pm we offer free online peer support sessions. These are an opportunity to meet with other people who have left high control religious groups and share your experiences and make friends. This is not professional therapy, but these sessions are run by trained facilitators on Zoom.

Our sessions have on average about 10 people in attendance, we have ex Muslims, exVangelicals, ex Jehovah's Witnesses, ex Haredi, ex Mormon and ex other groups. Conversations can be on a wide range of topics to family and whether there is any contact, food and dress, how to make friends since leaving and so on. You don't have to share if you don't feel comfortable but are free to do so. You can attend as often or as little as you like.

It is free of charge, but you do need to register to take part. If you would like to know more, or to arrange your registration chat so that we can start sending you the Zoom links, then please contact Terri at info@faithtofaithless.com
