Faithful Explorers –
Welcome to Faithful Explorers, a meetup group dedicated to individuals who have left traditional church (IC) settings, within the past 5 years or more but continue to hold on to their faith in Christ. According to research done by Joshua Packard and Ashleigh Hope, sixty-five million Americans, over a third of all adults in the U.S., are done with institutional Church. Another 7 million adults are considering leaving the IC. Our community is a sanctuary for those seeking a deeper spiritual connection and a supportive network of like-minded believers.

At Faithful Explorers, we understand that the journey of faith can lead us down paths that diverge from conventional norms. Our mission is to provide a welcoming space for spiritual growth, exploration, and fellowship within a Christian context. Here, we embrace the diversity of experiences and beliefs that each member brings, fostering an environment where questions can be asked openly and faith can be nurtured authentically.

We are a group of individuals who have experienced a shift in our relationship with church institutions, yet remain deeply rooted in our belief in Christ. Whether you left the IC or are just hanging barely hanging on, we acknowledge the complexities of your journey and the courage it takes to seek a new way of living out your faith.
