BOARDGAMES NIGHT - COMPLEX GAMES

About this event: this is a gathering for people who love boardgames--or maybe think they might, but haven't given it a chance since that devastating experience attempting Risk ten years ago that ended in tears for everyone! Modern boardgames can offer so much: they can be quick, fun, hilarious, flashy, beautiful!
For this event, we are having a Complex game night featuring games that require a little more strategy and thought than a simple dice roll and a lucky peek at someone's cards. If you would like to attend and it's your first night and are now thinking "oh no, that sounds too heavy", please don't worry - you will be shown how to play by whoever is running the game. You will pick these things up so easily despite all the bits on the table.
Event location is at the lovely Reddingmuirhead Community Hall where we have a room booked. As a way to cover the costs of booking this room/meetup costs, we ask a cheeky £2.50 from each attendee. You can pay via Monzo here!
If digital payments aren’t your thing, we accept cold hard cash on the night.
We will have teas, coffees, and a profusion of snacks available (bring some along if you'd like to share !!).
There is usually parking available in front of the Hall, however if other groups are hosting you might have to seek out parking out on the street. We will be hosting games in Room 1 and 2 on the night, which are the doors on the left hand side as you enter.

WEREWOLVES RETURNS !! Boardgames night

For this night, we will be playing the delightfully hilarious secret-identity game which is ULTIMATE WEREWOLF. This is a game lead by your questionably forgetful narrator Clarissa and all the rules will be explained in full: the game is a contest of good vs evil, resulting in betrayals, hilarity, and hilarious betrayals. It's a classic for a reason! Haven't played it before? Now's your chance to try it out!
Event location is at the lovely Reddingmuirhead Community Hall once more where we have a the main hall booked so we have lots of space for chaos. As a way to cover the costs of booking/cover meetup costs, we ask a cheeky £3.00 to Clarissa here!
