Falkirk Parkrun

Join us for a friendly and welcoming parkrun at Falkirk Parkrun on Saturday, 22 March 2025! Whether you're a seasoned runner or have just started out on Couch to 5K, everyone is welcome.

⏰ Time: 9:15 AM
🏁 Distance: 5km (run or walk at your own pace). The route is signposted and there are marshals directing where to go.
☕ After the Run: We'll grab a coffee and a bite to eat at either Calendar House or the Lily and Rose Café stand in Calendar Park. We may also take a wee stroll afterwards.

### Important Info:

✅ Parkrun is completely free – no payment is required to participate!
✅ If it’s your first parkrun, register at the parkrun website (it takes just 5 minutes and is a one-time process).
✅ Bring your barcode! Save it to your phone so the volunteers can scan it and record your time. You will be able to access this after registering.
✅ Any guests will also need to register and download their barcode.
✅ I’ll post in the event comments where I am and what I’m wearing before the start, so that you can find us.
