Welcome to our weekly meditation classes in Suwanee!

You're encouraged to join even if you have not learned the exercises before. They are easy to learn (although difficult to master) and include slow-moving standing exercises, and a sitting meditation. They uniquely emphasize no thought or intention during meditation, gradually calming the mind into a state of deep stillness.

How should you prepare?

1.) Wear comfy clothes
2.) Bring some kind of mat to use for the sitting meditation

What is Falun Dafa?

Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a meditation practice and spiritual discipline based on the universal values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Its practitioners widely experienced benefits such as

1.) physical health and spiritual growth
2.) relieved stress and anxiety
3.) increased energy and vitality
