Come and join us if you are interested in reducing stress, increasing energy and mental clarity through 5 simple moving meditation exercises, called Falun Gong. Classes are suitable for any age and are always free of charge or donations. Falun Gong is an advanced form of qigong – an ancient practice of cultivating the mind and body. With the combination of easy-to-learn exercises and the values of Truth, Compassion and Tolerance, it is renowned for its incredible impact on health and modern-day stresses. We have classes in many locations around Queensland, which are all are taught by volunteers. Just come along to the classes, there is no need to bring anything :) All Falun Gong materials, including books and exercise instructions, are available for free download at www.falundafa.org
