A forest bathing and mindful stargazing mini-retreat on Hampstead Heath.

Rediscover a sense of belonging and connection through guided practices of wonder and awe. With certified forest bathing guide Katie Mills and mindful stargazing expert Mark Westmoquette.

After meeting, we'll walk onto the Heath and spend some time immersing ourselves in the natural environment through a variety of guided forest bathing practices with Katie. We'll then have a picnic together (food included).

As it gets dark, we'll begin contemplating our place in the universe and immersing ourselves in the nighttime environment with some guided practices with Mark. If it's a clear night, Mark will take us on a tour of the constellations.

Note: if the weather is bad, we may have to postpone or cancel the event.

The event is run under a license agreement with City Of London
